I taught Spanish at Phoenix High School in Yogyakarta from 2001 to 2015. Most days I taught teenagers, and I never once raised my voice.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You taught me Spanish in 2006 at Phoenix High School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped!
