Oky Budi Setiawan
Volunteer mentor with Meadowbank Foundation
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Meadowbank Foundation
- 1990 to 2015
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,250 people through Meadowbank Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Oky
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Oky: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
