For 44 years I've run the boxing program at Bandung Sports Club in Bandung. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Oky
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Oky: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
