Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Bandung Mentoring Circle
- Since 1985
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,680 people through Bandung Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Oky: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
