Okta Rahayu Utomo
Volunteer mentor with Bamboo Association
- 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
- Bamboo Association
- Since 1988
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,560 people through Bamboo Association.
I never raise my voice.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Okta
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Okta: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
