Okta Lia Santoso

Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇮🇩 Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
  • Old Denpasar Shop
  • 1988 to 2005
  • English
I've worked in tiling from 1988 to 2005. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 430 apprentices. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.

What gifts mean to Okta: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
