I taught Spanish at St. Joseph's Grammar School in Saint Petersburg from 2009 to 2023. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 630 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Oksana
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
