Okello Waweru Githinji

Retired computer science lecturer

  • 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
  • 1990 to 1998
  • English
I spent eight years as a lecturer in computer science at Lincoln University in Kampala. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as a waiter and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.

More about Okello

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Okello: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
