Okello Wafula Kariuki
Helping people break into teaching
- 🇰🇪 Nakuru, Nakuru, Kenya
- Elmwood Community Trust
- Since 1982
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,380 people through Elmwood Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Okello
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
