Okello Macharia Mugisha
Mentor in careers and engineering
- 🇹🇿 Mwanza, Mwanza, Tanzania

For 21 years I've mentored people in careers and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
