Okan Duman
Volunteer mentor with Istanbul Association
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Association
- 1984 to 2000
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 940 people through Istanbul Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Okan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Okan: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
