Okan Arda Acar
Traditional drumming player and teacher in Bornova
- 🇹🇷 Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye
- Bornova Ensemble
- Since 1995
- English, Turkish
I'm a musician from Bornova. I've toured a little, taught a lot and played at more weddings than I can count.
I teach about 8 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I fix old bicycles.
More about Okan
I write my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
