I'm a rowing coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 630 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Oğuz
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Oğuz: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
