Helping people break into engineering
- 🇩🇪 Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany
- Hamburg Learning Hub
- 1995 to 2016

I'm a mentor in engineering. I spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Oğuz: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
