Odhiambo James Kiptoo
Volunteer mentor with Nairobi Community Trust
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Community Trust
- 2016 to 2024
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 190 people through Nairobi Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Odhiambo
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Odhiambo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
