Odhiambo Evans Onyango
Oil painting and printmaking artist
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Naivasha Studio
- 1991 to 2006
- English, Swahili
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1991 at Naivasha Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Odhiambo
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
