I spent 32 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Nîmes College in Nîmes. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I never once raised my voice. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Odette
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Odette: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
