Ochieng Tumusiime Kiprop
Nursing mentor, Thika
- 🇰🇪 Thika, Kiambu, Kenya
- 1986 to 2016
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,620 people through Brookfield Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
