Océane Dumas
Small business mentor, Saint-Denis
- 🇫🇷 Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, France
- Queensway Foundation
- 1996 to 2023

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,240 people through Queensway Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Océane
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
