Obinna Olumide Ekwueme
Classical player and teacher in Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Since 1985
- English, Igbo
I've played classical since 1985, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 11 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Obinna: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.

You played at our wedding in 2008 and it was perfect! Greetings from Puebla.
