Obinna Babatunde Onyeama
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Badagry Gallery
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria

- English, Igbo
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 2012 at Old Badagry Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I try to remember everyone's name. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Obinna
I've had 10 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
