I've been a nurse for nine years, most of them in dialysis at Thủ Đức University Hospital in Thủ Đức. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. Small things matter when someone is frightened.
I'm still learning every day.
