For 22 years I've run the rowing program at Kinondoni Westbrook Boxing Gym in Kinondoni. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Nyambura: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2017. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Palmira.
