Mentor in small business and design
- 🇮🇳 Kochi, Kerala, India
- Heritage Learning Hub
- 1991 to 2018

For 27 years I've mentored people in small business and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Nusrat
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
