I've coached cricket at Iztapalapa Swimming Club since 1980. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.

you coached me in 2005. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Houston.
