Nuria Carolina Lara
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
- Girona Works
- Since 2009
- Spanish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Girona, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

What gifts mean to Nuria: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
