Nur Rahayu Gunawan
23 years teaching English literature in Makassar
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Starlight Academy
- 1983 to 2021
- English, Indonesian
Starlight Academy was my second home. I taught English literature there from 1983 to 2021, mostly primary school children.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Nur
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
