Nur Hülya Şimşek
Drums and sitar teacher
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Kadıköy Music School
- Since 2000
- English, Turkish, French
I play drums and sitar. I started in 2000 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 7 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Nur: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
