Nur Ani Surya
Farming mentor, Surakarta
- 🇮🇩 Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia
- Surakarta Foundation
- Since 1990
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,910 people through Surakarta Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Nur
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nur: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
