For 35 years I have been the history teacher at Jakarta Barat Technical College. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Novi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
