Catering chef in Mandeville
- 🇯🇲 Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica

I run Pioneer Canteen in Mandeville. We started in 2008 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I never rush a conversation.
