Novelette G. Henry
Volunteer mentor with Kingston Foundation
- 🇯🇲 Kingston, Kingston, Jamaica
- Kingston Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Kingston Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Novelette
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
