Nova F. Powers
Leadership mentor, Ann Arbor
- 🇺🇸 Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States
- Brookfield Mentoring Circle
- 1986 to 2017
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Brookfield Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
More about Nova
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
