Nova D. Obrien

Musician with Derry Rosewood Band

  • 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
  • Derry Rosewood Band
  • Since 2002
  • English
I play songwriting and traditional drumming. I started in 2002 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 20 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

More about Nova

I write my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Nova: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
