Nova A. Moore

Youth basketball coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Portland, Oregon, United States
  • Since 1984
  • English
For 42 years I've run the basketball program at Portland Youth Club in Portland. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Nova

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
