For 19 years I have been the early years teacher at Fukuoka Middle School. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Noriko: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
