I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Leicester, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Nora
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Nora: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
