Nora B. Hanson
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Aberdeen Football Club
- 2006 to 2021
- English
For 15 years I ran the badminton program at Aberdeen Football Club in Aberdeen. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Nora
If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
What gifts mean to Nora: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2014. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Negombo.
