Noor Van der Meer

Geography teacher at Amsterdam Grammar School, Since 1984

I teach geography at Amsterdam Grammar School in Amsterdam since 1984. Most days I teach Year 7, and I answer every email, even at midnight. I've run the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going. I'm still learning every day.

More about Noor

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
