Noor Leila Zidan

I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Noor: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
