Noor Dalia Darwish
Local tiling and shoemaking
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Meadowbank Shop
- Since 1980
- English, Arabic
I'm a tiling specialist. If you live around Shubra, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
More about Noor
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Noor: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
