Nonso Yakubu Nwachukwu

Helping people break into design

  • 🇳🇬 Gwagwalada, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
  • Riverside Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2004
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Riverside Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. I'm still learning every day.

More about Nonso

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Nonso: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
