Nonso Garba Daramola
Coached basketball for 41 years in Ibadan
- 🇳🇬 Ibadan, Oyo, Nigeria
- Ibadan Boxing Gym
- Since 1985
- English, Yoruba
I've coached basketball at Ibadan Boxing Gym since 1985. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Nonso
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Nonso: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
