Nonso Ebuka Bankole
Mentor in farming and recovery
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Westbrook Community Trust
- Since 1994
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Westbrook Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Nonso: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2008. I still have your notes! Thank you again.
