Nomsa J. Steyn
Helping people break into trades
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Harmony Association
- Since 1978
- English, Afrikaans
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,060 people through Harmony Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nomsa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
