For 47 years I've run the softball program at Birmingham Athletic Club in Birmingham. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Noman: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
