Nolan F. McBride

32 years teaching early years in Oakland

  • 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
  • St. Mary's Middle School
  • 1997 to 2023
  • English
St. Mary's Middle School was my second home. I taught early years there from 1997 to 2023, mostly mixed-ability classes. Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
