I taught home economics and environmental science at St. Joseph's Academy, Soweto. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Nokuthula
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Nokuthula: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
