I've volunteered with Bacolod Relief Network since 2014. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 37 people now. Everyone brings something.
More about Noel
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Noel: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
