For 14 years I ran the softball program at Meadowbank Swimming Club in Kawasaki. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Noboru
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Noboru: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
